The Finger Lakes SUNY ID Card

The Finger Lakes SUNY ID card is an integral part of the student experience at Finger Lakes Community College. The ID card serves as the FLCC student identification card; grants access to the library, fitness center, and The Suites at Laker Landing; is required to purchase textbooks and course materials in The Book Nook; and is used to load meal plans and dining dollars for Café and vending purchases.

Steps to obtain your ID card

Current Students, and New Students who have registered for classes, may request a Student ID Card by following the steps below.

Not registered? Visit the register for classes website, and return to this page after you have registered.

Employees may also request an ID, as long as their employment has started.

Request your ID card electronically

  1. Complete the Photo ID Request form which includes required upload of Photo to be used on ID card and government photo ID.
    • Photos can include:
      • Yourself (neck and head only).
      • Neutral or blurred background.
      • Prescription glasses (please ensure there is no glare).
    • Photos cannot include:
      • Other people (no group photos, or people in the background).

  2. Wait to be notified that your card is ready. You can have it mailed to your home address or pick it up at one of our locations listed in the form. The One Stop Center will notify you when your card is ready to be picked up or once it has mailed depending on your selected choice of obtaining your card on the Photo ID form.

Residential students: Students living on-campus in The Suites at Laker Landing will receive their FLCC Photo ID during housing move-in.

If you are unable to complete the electronic Photo ID process, please contact the One Stop Center at onestop@flcc.edu or call (585) 785-1000 during our regular business hours. We will assist you in completing the steps to obtain your FLCC Photo ID in person. If you plan to visit the One Stop Center in person to complete the Photo ID process, you must have a government-issued photo ID with you and be prepared to have your photo taken.
